V I P
VIP is the internet based system
that allows our clients to access their data real time from wherever
they are in the world.
The clients who use VIP have instant access to their inventory, order status
shipping status and invoicing information. They can also issue RMA's for their
shipments as well.
Clients can also enter their own orders at any hour of the day, 7 days a
week, 365 days a year.
We have combined this with another module that allows you to also be able
to track your UPS shipments on line. We have a direct link between our in
house software package and our UPS Worldship computer. This allows the data
to go back and forth between the two systems seamlessly. The
data you enter (or send to us in a fixed file format), is sent to the UPS
computer automatically. When our shipping department processes the order,
the shipping information (weight, # of boxes, tracking #) is then sent back
to our system.
For anyone interested in using the VIP system to place your orders, please
contact Sue Hart at (909) 481-3305 Ext. 225.
M2M Fixed File Interface
We also offer an interface that allows us to accept Fixed File
formats. We can supply you with the template for the file format
that you, your web masters or programmers can set up. Once
completed, we can accept files via ftp, email or disc.
Less human intervention means less room for error!
Made2Manage's Electronic Data Interchange Infrastructure (EDII) allows
us to take customer transactions, such as requests for quotations and purchase
orders (in a flat file format or through a VAN or network) and create new
documents, such as quotations and sales orders. You can also use EDII to
export existing M2M documents such as purchase order acknowledgments and
accounts receivable invoices, to outbound transactions. Using EDII is more
accurate and much faster than manually doing all the data entry to get
the orders into our system.
EDII uses Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) technology to import and
export files.
M2M incorporates the Fixed File Format for accepting all of our data. We
can provide you with all the templates necessary to ensure you can format
your data to the fixed file format we need to import into the system. We
cannot accept XML files or X12 formats.
We have the capability to accept the following inbound EDI reports (in
fixed file format only at this time): 820, 830, 840, 850, 860 and
862.
We have the capability to export the following outbound reports (in fixed
file format only at this time): 810, 846, 855, 856, 861, 862 and
865.
Van or third party costs are at additional charges, along with the per
transction fees. There are also additonal fees for any mappings that may
need to be created.
If you would like more information on our format, please contact Sue
Hart, (909) 481-3305 Ext. 225.
