This document is required for every project and states that you have full rights
to the content being replicated for your media project.
Credit Application
If your job is not prepaid, you will need to provide a credit application.
30-day terms for the balance of your project (after deposits) is granted
only upon approval of your credit application. Complete and return your credit
application early so the approval process does affect the timing of your
